Counseling with Siobhán

How would it feel to…

…connect with your purpose?
…figure out adulting?

…make your relationships make more sense?

…improve your daily experiences with loved ones, employers, pets, social media, and – most importantly – yourself?

You can get the ball rolling on these adventures and more. Heads up: It takes a commitment to regularly scheduled therapy sessions with me as your guide.

Perfect timing:

As I recently moved, I am excited to be accepting new patients in-real-life who live in the San Francisco, California. And others who live elsewhere in California and in New York via telehealth.

It’s okay if you’re a sensitive person. If your brain has multiple tabs open at all times. If you struggle with self-doubt. And, at times, if you question your entire existence. Actually you’re exactly who I would love to work with.

Let’s Start with a Chat.

Ready to have a go-to place where you can chat about the relationships or experiences that are most difficult for you? First, let’s make sure we are a great fit to work together in this way you will need to book a 15-minute chat session – for free.

The phone chat is an opportunity for you and I to see if we vibe with one another. It is vital for therapy to be effective when you feel a connection with your therapist. If the vibe is right then we can agree to create a path toward our work together.

The chat sesh is a great time to for questions like:

  • Where do you want to begin your mental health journey?

  • What feels heaviest in your life right now?

  • What brings you to therapy?

  • Which life goal feels hardest to reach?

  • An opportunity for you to ask me anything if you are curious about.

(I get it; reaching out to a therapist can feel uncomfortable. Friendly reminder — You are a brave and powerful human.)

Simple Human-to-Human Connection

Starting work with me (Siobhán) means gaining a peer who understands that your home life, work life, family, and relationship roles affect your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

After officially becoming a patient, you’ll have access to an online patient portal, where you’ll find personal documents and other resources related to your therapy sessions. This portal is secure and protects your private information.

During our sessions you will feel my lighthearted, curious, and bubbly personality. I allow these characteristics to remind us that we can work and play at the same time.

Through the work we will bring a sense curiosity and natural enthusiasm for life – in and outside of appointments.
